A career built on helping people grow — first in the health profession, then in finance, and now full-time in coaching and mentor coaching. My focus today is simple: help coaches build the skills, presence, and confidence their ICF credential — and their clients — deserve.

My path to mentor coaching

My career didn’t start in coaching. I began in the health profession, where I learned early on what it means to sit with someone through a hard moment and help them find their own way forward. From there, I moved into finance — a completely different world, but one that taught me just as much about how differently people think, decide, and grow.

Coaching pulled those two worlds together. It gave me a way to combine the presence and empathy I’d built in health, with the structure and clarity I’d sharpened in finance — and it’s where I’ve stayed ever since. Today, my focus has shifted specifically to mentor coaching: helping other coaches close the gap between where their skills are now and where their ICF credential — and their clients — need them to be.

And honestly? I’m still an eternal student myself — my biggest fear is letting my brain rust. That’s the same energy I bring to every mentor coaching relationship: we’re both always learning.

• ICF PCC Marker qualification since 2023
• ICF Mentor Coach Specialisation for ACC and PCC level since 2026
• Lead trainer for ICF-accredited courses with InnerLifeSkills Master Coach School since 2020 — 300+ hours of training delivered
